• We accept apparel, handbags (high end only) and shoes (brand new only, high end). Space permitting, we will also welcome beautiful homewares. art, decor, or furnishing, items
• 3 month terms
• Commission is paid fortnightly. You can accept cash (via EBT) or a store gift card which gives you an additional 20% off anything instore
• We welcome your feedback on pricing (what you originally paid etc) however floor pricing is at our discretion

We are interested inapparel and accessories that are:

• New, unworn or still have original tags attached
• Purchased in the wrong size, no longer fit, not quite right, or never worn
• Worn once or twice for a wedding, function, holiday, special event or other occasion
• In immaculate, clean and sale-ready condition
• Mid-range, premium or designer labels with current resale appeal
• Genuine, currently in style and suitable for our boutique range
• *For selected designer labels, we may consider items in excellent pre-loved condition where they retain strong resale value
• Contemporary, beautiful jewellery including immitation, dress, or silver etc. We are not a gold reseller

We are also interested in beautiful homewares, art, home decor and furnishings to enhance our boutique content and aesthetics. Please check with us for more info.

To maintain the standard of our boutique, we cannot accept items that are:

• Worn, dated, damaged, stained, faded, stretched, altered, pilled or missing components
• Not freshly cleaned or not ready to be displayed and sold
• Affected by smoke, mothball, mould, pet or other persistent odours
• Fast-fashion, low-cost or mass-market labels that do not suit our boutique profile
• Counterfeit, unsafe, recalled or unable to be verified where authenticity is required
• Examples of brands we do not accept include Target, Kmart, Big W, Katies, Millers, Boohoo, Supre, Cotton On, Shein and similar labels. If you are unsure, please contact us before visiting.

We are selective with footwear and handbags:

• We accept high range shoes only when they are new, unworn and from a quality brand
• We accept handbags that are new or have a very new appearance; selected designer handbags may be considered if they remain highly saleable and are in excellent condition
• Original boxes, dust bags, receipts, authenticity cards and tags are preferred for designer items and will be included with any sales if the item sells
• You are welcome to bring items on coat hangers or in bags, garment covers or other packaging. Please note that these may be reused, recycled or disposed of and may not be returned to you. If you would like to keep them, please take them with you after drop-off
• Original designer packaging that adds value to an item will generally be retained with it for sale

• Commission: 60% to theboutique and 40% to you when an item sells
• Pricing: We price items based on brand, condition, original retail value, demand, season and resale value. Prices may be adjusted during sales, promotions, stocktakes and seasonal changes. We may ask what amount you paid for particular items and what you hope to sell them for, but pricing decisions remain at our discretion
• Payment: Proceeds are paid by bank transfer every fortnight
• As an alternative to cash payment, we also offer a store voucher with 15% additional value free to spend in store
• Term: The usual consignment period is three months unless otherwise agreed
• Large consignments: Please make an appointment before bringing in a larger number of items
• Acceptance: All items are assessed and accepted at the boutique’s discretion

At the end of your consignment period, we will contact you to arrange collection of unsold items, agree on an extension, or discuss donation on your behalf. Please collect your items promptly within the timeframe advised and keep your email address and mobile
number up to date. We have limited storage and cannot hold items for an unreasonable period after your consignment terms ends. Items that remain uncollected will be managed in accordance with our consignment agreement and applicable legal requirements.
